1. RETURNS
After you've placed an order with Toner Force, you can ask for your money back if you don’t receive the item 21 days after your Order Confirmation. We will contact you if your order will not be fulfilled within this time. In the unlikely event we are unable to supply the product ordered, we will advise you as soon as is possible.
2. NON FAULTY ITEMS
For items you wish to return that are non faulty, you are able to return the item at your own cost within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition. A refund will be issued once we are in receipt of the items. Please allow 5 working days for this to be processed.
