Please see the following terms and conditions. They explain the basis of you buying goods and using this site. By using this site and placing an order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out herein:

1. CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY

We dispatch your goods as soon as payment is received. Delivery is free on all orders. Please allow 1–3 days for your toner to arrive.

2. Collections

We offer empty toner collection to our customers. We only collect our own toner due to health and safety regulations. Our compatible range is free of hazardous and toxic substances—fully certified (IECQ)—and therefore we can handle the residue safely. IMPORTANT - minimum number of items in collection parcel is 4. Please contact us for more details.

2. RETURNS

After you've placed an order with Toner Force, you can ask for your money back if you don’t receive the item 21 days after your Order Confirmation. We will contact you if your order will not be fulfilled within this time. In the unlikely event we are unable to supply the product ordered, we will advise you as soon as is possible.

3. NON FAULTY ITEMS

For items you wish to return that are non faulty, you are able to return the item at your own cost within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition. A refund will be issued once we are in receipt of the items. Please allow 5 working days for this to be processed.
